About us

The Elms is perfectly positioned to offer all our visitors the ideal base to explore the excellent facilities that Lincolnshire has to offer. The busy resort of Ingoldmells is within walking distance. Skegness and many other local resorts and places of interest are only a short drive away. The site provides two fishing lakes. The fishing lakes are very popular and the fishing pits are let out on a daily basis.

FISHING LAKES

The fishing lakes have an abundance of Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd. Permits are purchased daily or a seasonal permits are available for patrons. Fishing rules are printed on permits and signage at the office. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult whilst at the lakes.

SEASONAL PITCHES

The Elms offers a range of seasonal pitches, some with facilities and parking bays or full hard standings . We strive to ensure your stay feels home from home . The site has four facility blocks containing showers, toilets and outside deep sink washing facilities. Stretch your legs on our beautiful Elms walk for you and your four legged friends. It offers a real opportunity to soak up the wildlife on offer and those magical uninterrupted sunsets over the Lincolnshire Wolds in the evening. It is an excellent viewing area for birds , deer, hedgehogs and some of the best of British wildlife.

LUXURY HOLIDAY HOMES

Our luxury homes make the perfect country retreat. Dare to dream of tranquil water views and feel the countryside hug your soul, as you nestle into your home! Visit us and view at leisure. All the plots are a spacious 10 metres apart with double parking bays, set in open countryside, you will be in good company with some of the best of British wildlife as your neighbours. Our touring pitches are fully serviced and well lit in the evening, providing an excellent base to explore . The fishing lakes and fountains are lit with warm ambient lighting in the evening. So you can enjoy the relaxing environment with your preferred drink and have a meal delivered or step out to the many pubs, clubs, bars or a lovely restaurants for a treat.
